Yes, a deposit is required equivalent to 30% of your order total in order to secure your event date. Your deposit will be deducted from your final balance and is accepted via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle.

1) To reserve your date, please submit an inquiry with details about your ideas for your event and your event date.
2) If there is availability on your event date, you will be contacted, a contract will be provided, and a deposit will be required to secure your date.
3) Once your contract has been signed and deposit has been received, your date is secured!
*Please be sure to complete deposit and contract within 24-48 hours to ensure your date is secure.

Your final balance is due 1 week prior to your event date. Final balances are accepted Apple Pay, PayPal, or Zelle.

We will arrive 2 hours before your event start time to ensure set up is complete before your event begins and before your guests arrive.

Rentals will be retrieved 1 hour after your event.

You are welcome to keep your balloons after your event. If not, we can discard your balloons. However, all rentals must be returned.

Any cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to event date and will receive a 35% refund. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is less than 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
